However, any rental, tour, or other services you book through PVRGo is supported by our team. What this means is that we will advocate for you if you encounter a problem with a service not abiding by the terms and conditions of their service or mislead in advertising.

We will work on your behalf to request refunds and also file official complaints with Mexico’s consumer protection agency in the event that we cannot reach an agreement with the provider.

Repeated offenders will no longer enjoy the promotions of their service on PVRGo, as we want to offer only the best and most respectable service providers in our area.
