Perched along a city-side hill to allow for stunning views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, but only a 7-minute walk to the closest beach, this luxury, and modernly equipped condo offers the best of both worlds.

You’ll be greeted by our gracious and knowledgeable concierge service. Entry to the complex is through a gated front entrance where you’ll pass by a quiet courtyard, hot tub, pool, and exercise gym.

Arriving at your vacation home, Llave del Corazon at Los Altos Villas, you’ll first notice the travertine floors and granite counter tops in a chef’s gourmet kitchen. Next, your eyes will take in the most striking feature of your home away from home: the VIEWS. You’ll be amazed by how many hours of your stay will be spent sitting on the large and private balcony, mesmerized by the awesome views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta! Enjoy meals, botanas (snacks), or beverages at the patio dining table, or just kick back and relax with a good book and music. The incredible views are worth the walk up the hill. Inexpensive taxis are plentiful on every street corner, as well, to shuttle you home after a fun day of exploring. While car rentals are not necessary for our location, a secure, covered, and deeded parking space comes with the unit.

During the day take in the myriad of boating traffic going by: cruise ships, tour boats, whale watchers, and fishing boats. Parasailers abound in the distance. If you need a day away from the beach, simply venture down 4 floors via the elevator to the courtyard and take a refreshing swim or soak in the hot tub. In the evening, enjoy the ‘pirate’ ships and their nightly fireworks display, as do many areas along the Banderas Bay coastline. And, the bonus is that you can watch it all while sitting comfortably outside on the private balcony!

5 de Diciembre (the neighborhood in which the vacation home is situated) boasts some of the best and most famous restaurants in Puerto Vallarta – within easy walking distance – as well as numerous art galleries which host weekly walking and wine foot tours. Artensanias and other local shops are easy walking destinations from our location – situated only blocks from the beach, the famous Malecon (boardwalk), downtown, buses, shopping, restaurants, performing arts center, and athletic fields, our location is perfect for those wishing to experience authentic Mexico at its best.

The condo boasts nearly 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space, including a fully equipped modern kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, including a Bosch gas range and oven. While Puerto Vallarta enjoys some of the cleanest water in all of Mexico, the kitchen and refrigerator water and ice maker are filtered for extra peace of mind. The kitchen is stocked with everything to please any cook; however, the restaurants in Puerto Vallarta are plentiful and wonderful! Laundry needs are met with new washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen.

Furnished with comfortable furniture throughout, the living area includes high speed internet, an HD television with external speakers, cable, personal (iPod) player, and DVD player (Region 1, US Canadian, and universal DVDs). Air conditioning is in each room, but with the hillside ocean breezes, ceiling fans most often suffice.

The master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, with plenty of closet and storage space, and also includes a safe for valuables. The guest room has two twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king-sized bed and it has a connecting bathroom.

All linens, towels, beach/pool towels are included.

Weekly maid service is included, and additional visits are available at a nominal cost.
