Mirador de La Cruz

Thanks to its location in one of the highest points of the city, and with relatively easy access,  Mirador de La Cruz of Puerto Vallarta, aka Mirador Cerro de La Cruz, has become a favorite place for people who enjoy a good view and admire the famous sunsets over the Bay of Banderas.

With a walk of 20 to 40 minutes from the Malecón into the mountains by Abasolo street, you will find Mirador de La Cruz. The panoramic views from above have become a popular place for many locals looking for the exercise or simply enjoying time with family, friends, and loved ones.

The viewpoint of Cerro de la Cruz has a spectacular view of the entire Bay of Banderas. To get there, you have to go up Abasolo Street to get to the top. The route is a little challenging, lasts about 25 minutes. When you are at the mirador (viewpoint), you will know that it was worth the climb because you will enjoy a splendid view of one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Try to arrive about 40 minutes before sunset to enjoy the beautiful sunset of Puerto Vallarta.
